To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, stains, and fragrances and in the same condition in which you had received it. Your item must be in its original packaging with all the original tags. Items received that do not match the above-mentioned criteria, will not be accepted and the package will be sent back. 

 

Items are eligible for exchange only once. 

The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order and reach us within 10 days of the same.

How to exchange the product

Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a confirmation e-mail asking you for the desired size/product.

1. Size Exchange

In case of exchange of size, we will confirm weather your desired size is available in your desired product or not.

Availability of desired size in the same product:

If the desired size in the same product is available with us, we will book a pick up of the previous product from your address. However, this service is chargeable at a price of Rs. 200. We will send you a payment link to fulfil this amount. Upon receipt of your returned product, it will be reviewed and once approved, your new product will be shipped out.

Unavailability of desired size in the same product:

In case of unavailability of size, you will have to choose another product. Once you share the details of your desired product, we will book a pick up of the previous product from your address. However, this service is chargeable at a price of Rs. 200. We will send you a payment link to fulfil this amount. Upon receipt of your returned product, it will be reviewed and once approved, your new product will be shipped out.

2. Product Exchange

Once you share the details of your desired product, we will book a pick up of the previous product from your address. However, this service is chargeable at a price of Rs. 200. We will send you a payment link to fulfil this amount. Upon receipt of your returned product, it will be reviewed and once approved, your new product will be shipped out.

What if the price of my new exchanged product is more than what I had originally ordered

In case your new requested product for exchange is of a higher price than your originally ordered price, the price difference will be added to your pick-up service fee and you will have to pay a total sum before your pick up.

What if the price of my new exchanged product is less than what I had originally ordered

In case your new requested product for exchange is of a lower price than your originally ordered price, you will have to add another product to your cart to make your cart of the same or higher value as we will not be able to refund the amount back to you.

 

Note: Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!

Please note: 

Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check). 
Process time: 2-3 working days

In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.

 

 

WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or refund the cost as long as the return request has been initiated within the 72 hour time slot. If you have received a faulty item, please follow the same steps listed above for exchanges/returns. You will need to e-mail the images of the damage product for the team to investigate. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund the amount upon return.

 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT I NEED TO EXCHANGE?

We have a courier service that will facilitate the exchange, however, this is chargeable at a price of Rs.200. We will share a payment link with you upon receipt of your pick up request.
