Mode of Payment shall entirely depend on your convenience. You can choose to pay online through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking. We take very strict measures to ensure a fair and secure online transaction. However, if a customer does not feel comfortable transacting online, he or she can choose to pay through cash on delivery.


Can I opt for a faster delivery?

Sure, we can upgrade it to a speedier courier service, the charges for the express delivery would be ₹350.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. Please bear in mind our silhouettes do vary from a slim to oversized fitting – so please always check the description. If you have any questions regarding a fit of a garment, please email customer care before purchasing.


What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started. Our orders are processed immediately so once an order ships we are unable to cancel this. If you do need us to cancel your order, please email customer care right away including your order number and full name in your request. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care.


How do I care for my Peachyboo garments?

Each Peachyboo piece is handmade. Each garment has care instructions listed in the product page and we will also include a care note in the delivery box. We recommend dry cleaning all dark coloured garments and for the rest hand wash in cold water.


How can I use a voucher/code?

After you have added your items to your cart, please select to proceed to checkout. You will have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please bear in mind, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.


What if an item I purchased is out of stock?

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
